Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya is an Ayurvedic clinic operating from Zero Mile, Gulab Bagh, Purnia, Bihar. We offer:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to book an appointment or make a payment on this website. Appointments for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf and is responsible for the information provided.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Important: The content on this website — including treatment descriptions, articles and general wellness information — is for general information only. It is not a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for a personal consultation with a qualified practitioner.

  • No practitioner–patient relationship is created merely by browsing this website or submitting an enquiry. It begins only upon an actual consultation.
  • Ayurvedic treatment is individualised. Outcomes depend on the condition, its severity and duration, your constitution, your adherence to the prescribed regimen, diet and lifestyle, and other factors. We do not guarantee any specific result, cure or timeline.
  • Testimonials and case accounts on this website reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of comparable results for any other person.
  • Always disclose your full medical history, current medication and known allergies to the practitioner. Do not stop, alter or replace any medication prescribed by another registered medical practitioner without that practitioner's advice.
  • In a medical emergency, do not rely on this website. Contact your nearest hospital or emergency service immediately.
  • Products offered are Ayurvedic preparations intended to support wellness. They are not represented as a cure for any disease unless expressly permitted under applicable law.

5. Appointments

  • An appointment request submitted online is a request, not a confirmed booking. It is confirmed only when our staff confirm it by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email.
  • Slots are subject to practitioner availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your slot and carry any relevant prior reports or prescriptions.
  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be reallocated and you may be asked to wait or reschedule.
  • We may need to reschedule an appointment due to practitioner unavailability or an emergency. In such cases we will contact you at the earliest and offer an alternative slot or a full refund of any amount already paid.
  • Please provide accurate contact details. We are not responsible for a missed appointment caused by incorrect information supplied by you.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Consultation and treatment charges depend on the service, its duration and the number of sessions involved. The applicable charge is confirmed before the service is provided.
  • Prices may change without prior notice. The price applicable to you is the price confirmed at the time of your booking or order.
  • Online payments are processed through Razorpay and other RBI-authorised payment partners. We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets, as available on the payment page. Payment in cash is accepted at the clinic.
  • We do not collect or store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials. See our Privacy Policy.
  • If a payment is debited but the booking or order is not confirmed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank within 5–7 working days. If it is not, contact us with the transaction reference and we will pursue it with the payment gateway.
  • A receipt or invoice is issued for every payment received. Please retain it for your records.

7. Products & Delivery

  • Ayurvedic medicines and formulations are dispensed on the advice of our practitioner. Certain preparations may be dispensed only after a consultation.
  • Product images are indicative. Packaging, batch and presentation may vary.
  • Where a product is to be shipped, we dispatch within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days depending on the destination, and may be longer for remote locations or during disruptions beyond our control.
  • Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout before payment.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect the package on receipt and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
  • Follow the dosage, storage and expiry instructions on the label. Keep all preparations out of the reach of children.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please read it before making a payment.

9. Your Obligations

  • Provide accurate, current and complete information when booking, ordering or contacting us, and keep it updated.
  • Disclose your medical history, current medication, allergies and pregnancy status honestly and fully. We are not liable for any consequence arising from information you withheld or misstated.
  • Follow the treatment plan, dosage and dietary advice given by the practitioner, and report any adverse reaction immediately.
  • Use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of this website by, any other person.
  • Treat our staff and other patients with courtesy and respect while on our premises.

10. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonating information, or make a booking or payment using an instrument you are not authorised to use.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website, its server, database or any connected system.
  • Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt to disrupt, overload or damage the website.
  • Use any automated system to scrape, harvest, copy or index content from this website without our written permission.
  • Copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any content of this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Post or transmit any unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable material through any facility on this website.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel a booking, or restrict access to this website where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, layout, design and software — is the property of Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. 12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

  • We are not liable for any consequence arising from your failure to disclose material medical information, from your non-adherence to the prescribed regimen, or from self-medication.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ayurvedic Chikitsalaya, its practitioners, employees and agents against any claim, loss, liability, cost or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms & Conditions, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, epidemic or pandemic, strike, civil unrest, government restriction, power or internet failure, or the failure of a payment gateway, courier or laboratory partner.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Purnia, Bihar, India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through discussion before resorting to legal proceedings.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version takes effect from the date it is published on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. Your continued use of this website or our services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
